摘 要:急性肾小管坏死(ATN)是广义急性肾衰竭综合征的主要病因,其发病率和病死率均很高,不仅给家庭带来了沉重的经济负担和心理压力,对国家也造成了巨大的资源消耗和社会负担。然而,ATN的病理生理过程十分复杂,因此治疗手段缺乏针对性。近年来大量研究发现细胞因子、炎性因子及生长因子等化学介质在ATN的发生发展过程中发挥着十分重要的作用,通过干预某些化学介质的表达可以达到治疗目的,这对于肾脏疾病是一个很有发展前景的方法。现从化学介质的角度对目前ATN的研究予以综述。Acute tubular necrosis(ATN)is the main leading cause of pan-preferred acute renal failure syndrome with a high morbidity and mortality.It brings heavy economic burden and psychological pressure to the patients and their family and a huge resource consumption and social burden to the state.However the pathogenesis of ATN is very complex,there is no specified treatment for it.In recent years,a large number of reseachs have found that chemical mediators such as cytokines,inflammatory factors and growth factors play a very important role in the occurrence and development of ATN.It is feasible to treat the disease through the intervention in the expression of certain chemical mediators,which would be a promising method for kidney disease.This review summarizes the recent studies of ATN aiming at chemical mediators.
