摘　　要：随着对小儿疼痛机制的研究深入和对疼痛危害性认识的提高,小儿术后疼痛已日益受到麻醉医师的重视。同时,疼痛评估系统的不断完善,新型镇痛药物的开发应用,疼痛治疗理念的革新,镇痛方法的改进,使小儿术后镇痛取得了一定程度的发展,但仍不能达到最理想水平。多个阶段、多种途经、多种药物联合应用的多模式镇痛将是小儿术后镇痛技术的主要发展方向。With in-depth study of the mechanism and understanding of the dangers of pain in children,postoperative pain in children has become an increasingly important issue to the anesthesiologists.Meanwhile,the improvement of the assessment of pain,the application of new drugs,the innovation of pain treatment,and the development of methods of analgesia,make the postoperative analgesia achieved a certain of development,but still not achieve the optimum level.The multimodal analgesia combinations,multi-stages,multi-passes and multi-drugs,is the most important technology in postoperative analgesia.
