七氟烷对血细胞流变学影响的研究现状

摘　　要：围术期易出现微动脉栓塞和深静脉血栓,而血栓形成与血液流变性的改变密切相关。血细胞流变性是血液流变学的基础和核心,已经成为今后血液流变学研究的重要方向。七氟烷是目前常用的吸入麻醉药物之一。最近报道,七氟烷对血细胞流变学有一定影响,可能是围术期出现血液高黏滞综合征,导致血栓的因素之一,应进一步探讨和研究。Microarterial embolization and deep vein thrombosis are commonly perioperative complications,which are closely correlated with hemorheology.Moreover,rheology of blood cells is the basis of hemorheology and is an important direction for future hemorheologic research.In addition,Sevoflurane has become a kind of commonly used inhalation anesthetic.Recently,it is reported that sevoflurane has certain influence on rheology of blood cells,and may be one reason of blood hi-viscosity syndrome,microarterial embolization and deep vein thrombosis,this article would make a review on it.
