摘　　要：目的研究乳腺癌组织中磷酯酰肌醇3激酶(PI3K)的表达,探讨PI3K在乳腺癌发生及发展中的作用。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测PI3K蛋白在不同组织学类型乳腺癌(56例)、良性乳腺瘤(16例)及正常乳腺组织(12例)中的表达情况。结果乳腺癌组织中PI3K蛋白阳性表达率与正常乳腺组织及乳腺良性肿瘤比较差异有显著性(P<0.01),在良性乳腺瘤与正常乳腺组织中阳性表达率间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同乳腺癌临床TNM分期、有无淋巴结转移PI3K蛋白表达阳性率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论PI3K蛋白在乳腺癌组织中的异常表达,说明PI3K在乳腺癌的发生及发展中起重要作用。Objective To study the expression in breast cancer tissues,and investigate the role of PI3K in the occurrence and development of breast cancer.Methods Immunohistochemical S-P method was used to detect the expression of PI3K in 56 different histologic categorious breast cancers and 16 cases of benign lesion and 12 cases of normal breast tissues.Reasults The positive rates of PI3K in breast cancer tissues was signifficiantly different from that in normal breast tissues and benign tumor from breast（P0.01）,and there was no difference between in normal breast tissues and in benign tumor from breast（P0.05）.The level of P13k was correlated to clinical stages and lympunoelemetastasis（P0.01）.Conclusion PI3K express highly in breast cancer,which is relatee to the occurrence and development of breast cancer.
