雌二醇控释贴片治疗更年期综合征的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨国产雌二醇控释贴片对绝经患者体内激素水平，特别是骨矿密度（ＢＭＤ）的影响。方法采用雌二醇控释贴片治疗有更年期症状的绝经患者４６例，用药３、６个月后测定血清中ＦＳＨ、ＬＨ、Ｅ２水平，阴道脱落细胞成熟指数及前臂ＢＭＤ。结果Ｋｕｐｐｅｒｍａｎ评分总分与用药前比较下降显著（Ｐ＜０．００１），血中ＦＳＨ、ＬＨ受到抑制（Ｐ＜０．０５），Ｅ２上升（Ｐ＜０．０５），阴道脱落细胞成熟指数（ＭＩ）升高（Ｐ＜０．０５），前臂ＢＭＤ有所增加，但无统计学意义。结论雌二醇控释贴片可作为激素替代治疗（ＨＲＴ）用于更年期综合征，具有使用方便、副作用小等优点。patients with climacteric syndrome were treated with estradiol release controlled sticker, with the serum levels of FSH, LH and E 2, the maturation index of vaginal epithelic cells and the osteal density of forearm bones were detected. The results demonstrate that there was a significant decrease in the points of general and separate sections of Kupperman evaluation for post treatment of estradiol as compared with ante treatment(P<0 05). A significantly decrease in the points of general and separate sections of Kupperman evaluation for 6 months therapy of estradiol comparing with 3 months therapy of estradiol(P<0 05) except section of tiredness. The serum levels of FSH and LH significantly decreased but E 2 significantly increased after treated with estradiol comparing with ante treatmentc(P<0 05). The serum levels of LH significantly decrease but E 2 significantly increase for 6 months therapy of estradiol comparing with 3 months therapy(P<0 05). We conclude that estradiol release controlled sticker can be used for hormone replacement therapy with less side effects.
