摘　　要：目的：探讨可吸收肋骨钉内固定治疗多根多处肋骨骨折的临床疗效。方法：对32例多根多处肋骨骨折采用可吸收肋骨钉内固定治疗。结果：32例术后胸壁稳定，胸廓塌陷畸形基本矫正，无死亡。结论：可吸收肋骨钉内固定治疗多根多处肋骨骨折方法简单，疗效满意，是治疗该病的有效方法。Objective： To evaluate the effect of absorbable screw fixation of the ribs Dorgan clinical in multiple rib fractures. Methods： Using absorbable screw fixation of the fibs to fix 32 patients with multiple rib fractures Dorgan. Results： The 32 eases of postoperative chest wall stability, the basic correction of thoracic deformity collapse, All survived. Conclusions ： The absorbable screw fixation is an simple satisfactory and effective method to treat the ribs Dorgan multiple rib fractures.
