摘　　要：针对图书馆网络信息服务行为,应用计算机网络行为分析的理论与方法,研究了图书馆网络信息服务行为信息的测量与分析问题。首先,基于流量测量的方法建立了图书馆网络行为信息的测量系统。其次,对网络异常行为和正常行为的信息进行了定性分析。最后,把这些方法应用到具体的图书馆网络信息服务实例当中,对例子中的数据信息进行统计分析和数据挖掘,并分析了其信息所反映的一些网络行为模式。This paper introduces computer network behavior analysis method of research used in this approach from such three respects as the basic content of library network behavior analysis research,measurement for network volume of flow and model of the volume of the flow.Then,introduces the framework and technology of library network behavior measurement system based on the method of measuring the volume of flow.At last,introduces its application in normal,abnormal,and gathering network behavior analyses.Put these methods applied to specific examples of the library network information service,the example of the data on the information for statistical analysis and data mining,and analysis of the information reflected in some network behavior.
