摘  要:将2种不同牌号的环氧树脂(EP)(903、619D)分别与聚酰胺6/马来酸酐接枝三元乙丙橡胶(PA6/EPDM-g-MAH)体系进行共混,制备了PA6/EPDM-g-MAH/EP三元共混体系。通过力学性能测试、动态力学分析、差示扫描量热法研究了EP添加量和环氧当量对PA6/EPDM-g-MAH/EP共混体系力学性能、动态流变性能和结晶性能的影响。结果表明,添加EP可以提高PA6/EPDM-g-MAH共混体系的拉伸强度和缺口冲击强度,并且二者均随着EP含量的增加而增加;PA6/EPDM-g-MAH/EP三元共混体系的储能模量和复数黏度随着EP含量的增加而增大,而损耗因子随EP含量的增加而减小;三元共混体系的结晶度比PA6/EPDM-g-MAH共混物的稍高,并且随着EP含量的增加先升高后降低。此外,添加EP(903)对共混物力学性能、流变性能以及结晶性能的影响比添加EP(619D)更加明显。In order to improve the tensile strength of polyamide 6 (PA6)/EPDM-g-MAH blends, two different types of epoxy resin (EP) with various epoxy equivalent were introduced into the blends. The effects of contents of epoxy and epoxy equivalent on the mechanical properties, rheological behavior, and crystallization behavior of the ternary composites were studied by mechanical property testing, dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA), and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). It was found that the tensile strength and Izod notched impact strength of PA6/EPDM-g- MAH blends were enhanced with the addition of EP. DMA analysis showed that storage modulus and complex viscosity increased with increasing contents of EP, while dynamic loss tangent decreased. Moreover, the crystallinity first increased and then decreased when the contents of EP increased. The effect of EP(903) on the mechanical property, rheological behavior and crystallization characteristics of the blends were more effective than EP(619D).
