摘　　要：国外学者在马克思文本基础上对国际价值理论进行了多样化的研究。不平等交换理论发展了马克思关于国际上不等量劳动相交换的思想,但是在论证上并不完善。谢克从批评货币数量论的角度揭示出比较成本理论在现实中并不成立,并认为价值转移并非一定不利于不发达地区。谢克的观点在黄金非货币化、经济全球化条件下具有现实性。日本和韩国学者立足于文本研究,发展了马克思关于价值规律在国际上的变化的思想。Foreign scholars have diversely studied the international theory of value based on Marx＇s original texts. Unequal exchange theory develops Marx＇s thought on the exchange of unequal quantity of labour. But this theory has problems in its demonstration. By criticizing the quantity theory of money, A. Shaikh revealed that the comparative cost theory could not stand in reality. And Shaikh suggested that the transfer of value was not necessarily disadvantageous to underdeveloped regions. Shaikh＇s views are realist under conditions of the demonetization of gold and the globalization of economy. Japanese and South Korean scholars have developed Marx＇s thought on the international law of value, but their theories deviate from Marx＇s original ideas in some concepts.
