泰山赤灵芝对沙土鼠脑缺血再灌注后脑及血清SOD、MDA的影响

摘　　要：目的观察赤灵芝制剂对脑缺血再灌注后脑及血清超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）、丙二醛（MDA）的影响。方法取健康成年沙土鼠70只,随机分为4组。⑴假手术组：10只,只作颈总动脉分离手术。⑵对照组：20只,手术后给予生理盐水。⑶预防组：20只,10只预防性应用药物10天,术后用10天;另10只照此剂量预防用药3天,术后用3天,与对照组同时处死取材。⑷治疗组：20只,手术后治疗3天10只,10天10只,与对照组同时处死取材,眼球放血,取血清备用。前脑制成脑匀浆,离心后取上清液进行MDA及SOD测定。结果MDA及SOD结果显示赤灵芝制剂能显著保护SOD酶的活性,减轻脑缺血再灌注对脑组织SOD酶的破坏,降低MDA含量,各组之间有显著性差异（P（0.01-0.05）。结论赤灵芝制剂通过显著提高血清SOD的活性,降低沙土鼠脑内及血清内脂质过氧化产物MDA的含量。Objective： To study the effect of ganoderma praeparatum on the SOD and MDA in the brain and serum after cerebral ischemic reperfusion in gerbils.Methods： Seventy gerbils were divided into 4 groups randomly： 1）Sham operation group： ten gerbils were operated on left and right carotids separation.2）The control group： twenty gerbils were given 0.9% NS after the operation.3）The prevention group： ten of the twenty gerbils were given ganoderma praeparatum before and after the operation for 10 days,while the other ten gerbils were given ganoderma praeparatum for only 3 days.4）The therapeutic group： ten of twenty gerbils were given ganoderma praeparatum for treatment once a day for 3 days after the operation immediately while the other ten gerbils for 10 days until they were executed at the same time as those in other groups.After gerbils were killed by exsanguinateing with enucleation,we got serum and the centrifugal brain homogenate for application.Results： The ganoderma praeparatum could protect the activity of SOD,decrease the damage of SOD after the cerebral ischemic reperfusion and reduce the content of MDA.There was significant difference（P﹤0.01） between groups.Conclusion： Ganoderma praeparatum can protect the brain of the cerebral ischemic/reperfusion gerbils by significantly improving the activity of SOD in the serum of cerebral ischemia gerbils and reducing the content of MDA.
