单纯性肥胖对儿童自我意识影响的调查研究

摘　　要：目的了解单纯性肥胖对儿童自我意识水平发展的影响。方法应用儿童自我意识量表对89例单纯性肥胖儿童和178例正常体重儿童进行自我意识水平的调查。结果单纯性肥胖儿童在智力与学校情况、躯体外貌与属性分量表得分和总分上均与对照组有统计学差别(P<0.05),肥胖组男童在智力与学校情况、躯体外貌与属性、合群和总分方面与对照组男童存在统计学差别(P<0.05),而肥胖组女童在智力与学校情况、幸福与满足分量表上得分有统计学差别(P<0.01),肥胖组男童和女童在各分量表得分及总分上无统计学差别(P>0.05)。结论单纯性肥胖会影响儿童的自我意识的健康发展,应针对男童和女童不同的发育特点,进行相应的心理治疗,促进单纯性肥胖儿童自我意识的健康发展。Objective： To investigate the impact of simple obesity on the development of self-concept of children.Methods： Children＇s Self-concept Scale was used to exam the level of self-conception of 89 simple-obesity children compared with 178 normal ones.Results： There were differences in the scores of intelligence and school condition,appearance and attribute and total score compared with normal children（P0.05）,and in boys there were differences in the scores of intelligence and school condition,appearance and attribute,gregariousness and total score compared with normal children（P0.05）,while in girls the differences were in the score of intelligence and school condition and happiness and content（P0.01）.There was no difference in self concept between boys and girls（P0.05）.Conclusion： Simple obesity interferes with the healthy development of children＇s self-concept and we should follow the different growth characteristics between boys and girls,then adopt suitable psychological treatment to improve the healthy development of simple obesity children＇s self-concept.
