摘 要:脑肿瘤治疗是一大难题。传统的治疗方法无法完全杀死肿瘤细胞,而硼中子俘获治疗(BNCT)有着较好的效果。BNCT的基本原理是应用热中子照射靶向聚集在肿瘤部位的10B,10B俘获中子后发生核反应产生α粒子和7Li,α粒子和7Li杀灭肿瘤细胞而起到治疗作用。目前BNCT在临床上用于治疗胶质细胞瘤较为成熟。文中主要对国内外硼携带剂的研究进展及其临床研究进行了简要综述。Treatment of brain tumors is a major problem.Traditional therapies have inability to completely eradicate tumor cells,while boron neutron capture therapy(BNCT) has better effects.BNCT is based on the selective accumulation of 10B compounds in tumor cells,and the subsequent irradiation with thermal neutron is highly effective,so BNCT is one of the useful techniques for treatment of glioma.After capture of neutron by 10B,a nuclear reaction occurs,and high linear energy transfer(LET) is yielded from produced lithium-7(7Li) and energetic α-particles.This paper provides an overview of the research process and clinical studies of delivery agents for boron neutron capture therapy.
