摘 要:为研究挤压铸造设备的部件协作性能,提出了一种运用Flexsim进行设备仿真的方法。首先介绍了Flexsim、挤压铸造设备及其工作流程;在此基础上分析了运用Flexsim对挤压铸造设备进行仿真的策略;将挤压铸造设备的生产过程视为一个物流过程,包含浇注、合模、充型、挤压等环节。将设备中完成对应工序的装置视为物流节点,根据其运行流程使用Flexsim建立了仿真模型,并进行了实例运行。该方法简单可行,模型变换配置性强。仿真结果揭示了挤压铸造设备的部件的协作状态,为进一步优化其性能提供了关键数据。A methodology is put forward for simulating squeeze casting equipments through Flexsim aiming to investigate collaborative performance of their components. After introduces the Flexsim software and squeeze casting equipments, a policy to simulate these equipments using Flexsim is presented. Each squeeze casting equipment is considered as a logistic process including the spraying, closing die, feeding metal and so on, the corresponding components to the procedures are logistic nodes. The logistic simulation model of a squeeze casting equipment based on its workflow is built with Flexsim, and then a case is conducted. This approach is easy to manipulate and whose simulate model is strongly changeable and configurable. The simulation results show the collaborative status of components in the squeeze casting equipment, which helps more promotion of performance.
