摘　　要：为规范社区健康服务内涵管理,以深圳市宝安区西乡人民医院颐康园社区健康服务中心为研究现场,通过对社区健康服务中心儿保团队的工作目标、工作内容和工作流程探讨,摸索出具有一定推广价值的团队式儿童保健服务模式,推进社区基本医疗和公共卫生服务功能的进一步落实,使社区儿童在成长过程中能够享受到可及性、连续性和综合性的社区卫生服务。In order to regulate the community health service management,we select Yi Kangyuan Community Health Service Center in Shenzhen as a research pilot to find a better child-care service model with a popularization value by exploring its work target, content and procedures and promote the implementation of community service functions of the basic medical and public health so that the community children can enjoy the accessible,successional and comprehensive community health service in their grow up.
