摘 要:采用热重技术考察了4种镍基催化剂对CH4(实验中均使用天然气)┐CO2转化制备合成气在V(CO2)/V(CH4)=1.3条件下的程序升温积炭行为,以及添加助剂的Ni┐2┐RM催化剂在不同V(CO2)/V(CH4)比时的积炭情况。结果表明添加助剂RE2O3和碱土助剂MgO可提高催化剂的抗积炭能力;增大V(CO2)/V(CH4)比也可有效地防止积炭,进一步得出了400℃焙烧的Ni┐2┐RM催化剂活性组份氧化物为Ni2O3的结论。The performance of carbon deposition on four Ni based catalysts have been investigated by using TG technique, at a CO 2/CH 4 ratio of 1.3 for CH 4 reforming with CO 2 to produce synthesis gas. In the mean time, carbon deposition on the Ni 2 RM catalyst to which promoters are added has also been studied at various ratios of CO 2/CH 4.The results show that promoters, RE 2O 3 and MgO, can improve the ability of resistance to carbon deposition on the Ni based catalyst. Also the catalyst can be prevented effectively from carbon depositing by increasing the ratio of CO 2/CH 4. Furthermore, it is concluded that Ni 2O 3 is the active component of the Ni 2 RM calcined at 400℃
