摘 要:论述了天然气制乙炔的发展概况,并从技术经济角度比较了3种乙炔生产方法,其中天然气等离子体法在有效利用与节约能源、生产成本、安全性和环保等方面均优于部分氧化法和电石法,是一种很有前途的新方法。Natural gas is one of the three energy sources nowadays, but there is only a few methods for making use of natural gas in a large scale. It is necessary to expand natural gas chemical industry for economic development. Preparation of acetylene from natural gas is one of the important methods for industrial production of acetylene. This paper gives a brief account of the research and development progress in this field. A comparison of three methods for acetylene production is also made from the view point of technology and economy. The plasma method for production of acetylene from natural gas proves advantageous over partial oxidation and calcium carbide methods in respects of using resources effectively and sparingly, reducing production cost, ensuring production safety, and environmental protection. It is a new and hopeful method.
