摘　　要：研究了用无载体的１８８Ｒｅ直接标记单克隆抗体的方法，以摩尔比为１∶３的柠檬酸－酒石酸作中间螯合剂，在ｐＨ＝５．２的条件下，用ＳｎＣｌ２将Ｎａ１８８ＲｅＯ４快速还原，再与已被ＮａＨＳＯ３还原的抗体交换配位。研究结果表明，反应２ｈ的标记率大于９５％，标记物的体内、体外稳定性良好并保持了抗体的免疫活性。A convenient and efficient method of direct labeling monoclonal antibodies with 188 Re is established. The rapid and complete reduction of 188 ReO 4 is achieved with SnCl 2 in an aqueous mixture solution of citric acid and tartaric acid (molar ratio=1∶3) at pH 5.2. The reduced 188 Re solution is then mixed with a NaHSO 3 - reduced antibody solution and incubated at room temperature for 2h. The mean labeling efficiency is higher than 95%.The labeled antibody i found stable in vivo and in vitro, and is immunoactive.
