摘　　要：目的探讨消毒供应中心工作环境中常见的危害因素及预防措施。方法对82名工作人员进行问卷调查,分析消毒供应室中常见的危害性因素对工作人员的危害,并分析其防护依从性。结果多因素的危害性可造成工作人员多方面的身心损害,91.46%的工作人员对此缺乏有效的自我防护,对危害性的防护依从主要受工作强度影响。结论提高工作人员的防护意识,规范操作流程、改善工作环境,加强科学管理,可以减少相关污染因素的危害,增进身心健康。OBJECTIVE To analyze the common hazard factors as well as the preventive measures in central sterile supply department （CSSD）. METHODS According to the questionnaire investigation among 82 workers,the common risk factors in CSSD,as well as the compliance of self protection were analyzed. RESULTS The multi-factors hazards induced the physicopsychological ailment among them. And 91.46% of staff were lack of effective ways to protect themselves. The compliance of self protection was mainly affected by their working strength. CONCLUSIONS The hazards caused by the relevant polluted elements can be reduced,and the health of the staff can be promoted by enhancing their preventive consciousness,standardizing the operations,improving the working environment,as well as strengthening the scientific management.
