康惠尔透明贴治疗Ⅰ～Ⅱ期压疮的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨康惠尔透明贴在压疮护理中的应用。方法将26例压疮患者随机分成实验组与对照组。实验组给予康惠尔透明贴护理,对照组给予常规压疮护理。结果两组痊愈数、好转数、加重数及有效率比较。差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康惠尔透明贴用于Ⅰ～Ⅱ期压疮护理,效果显著,方法简单,同时大大减少护理工作量。Objective To study the application of Comfeel transparent dressing in caring pressure sores. Methods 26 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Comfcel transparent dressing was used in the experimental group. Rountin Nursing was performed in the control group. Results Compared to the numbers of recovery, improvement and more serious patients, and and effective rate in the two groups, there was statistically differences （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Comfeel transparent dressing was obviously effective and simple in the treatment of Ⅰ～Ⅱ phase pressure sores, together with reducing much nursing work.
