摘　　要：介绍了现代城市住宅小区室外给水管道工程设计中重点考虑的几方面因素,并针对不同情况作了探讨,指出给水管道工程设计需从技术可行、经济合理以及工程实际综合考虑设计。This paper introduced several aspects of outdoor water-supply pipe engineering design for urban residential community which is needed to be emphatically considered.This paper discussed and pointed out that water-supply pipe engineering design should be synthetically considered the following respects：theehnical feasibility,economical rationality and project reality.
