摘　　要：科技档案是直接记述和反映科研及科技生产活动的文件材料。本文从历史和现在阐述科研活动是人类社会发展的主要活动形式,科技档案信息是科学假设和明鉴科学活动的依据,实现科学发展应当充分利用科技档案信息。Scientific archives are documents which record and reflect scientific research. This paper gets references from past till the present to illustrate three main points： scientific research is a main social activity during the development of human society; scientific archives offer significant basis to make hypothesis and citation of scientific activities; information from scientific archives should be fully applied to boost the development of science.
