麝鼠香化学成分的色谱-质谱分析

摘　　要：用常规化学分析法测得麝鼠香含粗脂肪９３．０％，含水分６．８％。ＧＣ／ＭＳ联机分析麝鼠香醚提物，共鉴定出１９种化学成分，主要是大环酮类和脂肪酸类化合物，其中环十七烷酮、环十七烯酮、环十五烷酮和环十五烯酮的含量较高，色谱峰面积分别占１３．５０％、６．３２％、７．２１％和４．１５％。７种大环酮的ＥＩ电离质谱图有相似的谱态和一些相同的碎片离子，烯丙基离子（ｍ／ｚ ４１）和烯羰基离子（ｍ／ｚ ５５）是基峰。The lipid from musk-rat musk was analyzed by means of routine chemical analytic method and gas chromatography/mass spectrometry in this paper. The results showed that the lipid consisted of 93 .0% crude fat and 6. 8% water. 19 components from ether soluble fraction of the lipid were isolated and identified using GC/MS, including mainly 7 macrocyclic ketones and 5 log-train fatty acids. Cycloheptadecanone, cycloheptadecenone, cyclopentadecanone and cyclopentadecenone are main macrocyclic ketones, their peak area of chromatography accounted for 13. 5%, 6. 32%, 7. 21 % and 4. 15%, respectively. electron impact mass-spectra of 7 macrocyclic ketones have similar appearance and several same fragment ions, allylic ion (m/z 41) and allylic carbonyl ion (m/z 55) are base peaks.
