摘 要:改革开放以来,中国农村非农就业迅速发展。但以文化程度较低、身体素质较差和劳动技能不高为特征的农民工低人力资本存量,负向地影响其非农就业概率、就业收入、行业选择和社会权益保障。以调查数据为基础进行的多元二次回归分析表明,受教育年限、健康程度、接受培训情况等人力资本因素较大地影响了农民工的月工资收入水平。因此,政府部门应采取强有力的措施提升农村居民人力资本水平,促进非农就业的良性发展。Since the reform and opening up,the rural non-farm employment has developed rapidly.But the low human capital stock for migrant workers,characterized by lower education level,poor physical fitness and lack of labor skills,has a negative effect on the non-agricultural employment rate,income,job selection and the guarantee of their social rights and benefits.The multiple quadratic regression analysis based on the survey data shows that the human capital factors such as the length of education,health condition,training status have a large impact on the monthly salary income levels of farmers.Thus,the government departments should take effective measures to enhance the human capital level of rural residents to promote the sound development of non-farm employment.
