摘　　要：本文针对我院计算机网络专业建设状况,就该专业网络工程岗位方向的技能型人才培养作了职业能力培养研究。作者首先分析了职业能力培养的现状及问题,并着重就职业能力结构进行了调查与总结,最后提出职业能力培养的相关策略。This article in view of my courtyard computer network professional construction condition, tills professional network engineering post direction＇s skill personnel training does the professional ability raise research. The author has first analyzed the professional ability raise present situation and the question, and has carried on the investigation and the summary emphatically on the professional ability structure, finally proposed the professional ability raise corresponding strategy.
