鼻炎口服液治疗变应性鼻炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察鼻炎口服液对变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法:治疗组56例采用鼻炎口服液治疗,对照组56例以鼻炎康片治疗,14 d为1疗程,共2个疗程。在治疗前及治疗后7、14、28 d分别观察记录并评分。结果:治疗组在治疗7、14、28 d后各项观察指标计分均显著降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗7、14、28 d,症状与体征总有效率治疗组分别为76.79%、82.14%、85.71%,对照组为57.14%、62.50%、66.07%,治疗组各时间段均优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组均未发现明显的不良反应。结论:鼻炎口服液治疗变应性鼻炎有较好的疗效。Objective：To assess the clinical efficacy of the Biyan oral liquid in treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods： Fifty-six subjects in treatment group were treated with Biyan Oral Liquid and another 56 cases in control group were treated with Biyankang tablets,for two courses with fourteen days in each.A global evaluation with symptom scores before treatment and 7,14,28 d after treatment was made.Results：An improvement was shown each observation target record points obviously reduce after treatment with statistical significance（P0.05） in seven days,fourteen days,twenty-eight days.The 7,14,28 d after treatment,the total effective rates for clinical symptom and siqn were 76.79%,82.14%,85.71% in treatment group and they were 57.14%,62.50%,66.07% in control group respectively with striking differences between the two groups（P0.05）.No distinct adverse drug reaction was found in either group.Conclusion：Biyan Oral Liquid has excellent effects on allergic rhinitis.
