摘 要:目的对比两种术后手术器械的清洗流程并评估其效果,以选择最佳清洗方法。方法将术后手术器械分为对照组和试验组,对照组不经过任何处理直接用清洗机按标准流程清洗;试验组先用多酶浸泡再用清洗机按标准流程清洗。结果两种方法清洗后器械不合格率比较:目测法差异无统计学意义;杰力测试法差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论多酶清洗剂浸泡加全自动清洗机清洗是供应室较理想的清洗方法。OBJECTIVE To assess the effectiveness of two different cleaning procedures on the cleanliness of surgical instruments and select the best cleaning procedure.METHODS Post-operation surgical instruments were classified into two groups: control group and experimental group.In control group,surgical instruments were directly cleaned by automatic washing machine according to standard technique.In experimental group,surgical instruments were cleaned by automatic washing machine after soaking in multi-enzyme cleaner.RESULTS Comparison of the failure rate of two methods:Visual method shoued no Significant differrence,but Jieli-test paper shoued Significant difference(P0.01).CONCLUSIONS Our data indicate that soaking in multi-enzyme cleaner combined with automatic washing is effective method for surgical instruments.
