摘  要:目的:建立血三七药材特征图谱,为科学评价血三七质量提供依据。方法:采用高效液相色谱技术,选择Diamonsil TM C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.2%磷酸为流动相梯度洗脱,流速1mL·min-l,检测波长347nm,柱温为室温。结果:建立了9个不同产地血三七黄酮类成分的指纹图谱,发现了11个共有峰,确定了其相对保留时间和相对峰面积的比值范围,每个产地血三七指纹图谱相似度均在90%以上,但也存在一定差异。结论:利用该特征图谱,可以对不同产地血三七药材进行质量控制。OBJECTIVE To set up fingerprints of Polygonum amplexicaule var. sinense from different production areas in order to provide an academic basis for the scientific evaluation of the quality of P. amplexicaule vat. sinense. METHODS High-performance liquid chromatography technology was used, selected Diamonsil TM C18 column (250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm), and used different dense methanol: 0. 2% phosphoric acid as the mobile phase gradient elution, the flow rate was 1 mL-min^-1 , the detection wavelength was 347 nm, the column temperature was set at room temperature. RESULTS The fingerprints were set up for the flavonoids of P. amplexicaule var. sinense from nine different production places, a total of 11 peaks were found, and their relative retention time and relative peak area ratio of the scope were determined. Each fingerprint of P. amplelicaule from different places exhibited 90% of similarity. CONCLUSION These fingerprint atlas may be used as a standard for the quality control of P. arnplexricaule vat. sinense raw materials from different regions.
