摘 要:目的:研究落葵粗多糖对小鼠游泳耐力及抗氧化酶活性的影响。方法:小鼠给予落葵粗多糖15d后,采用负重游泳实验观察小鼠运动耐力;检测血清乳酸;测定血清、肝和心脏组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力以及丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:给予落葵粗多糖后,小鼠负重游泳时间明显延长,同时可降低运动后血清LA含量;升高小鼠血清和肝组织SOD、GSH-Px活性及心脏组织SOD活力,降低小鼠血清、肝和心脏组织匀浆MDA的含量。结论:落葵粗多糖具有抗疲劳和抗氧化酶活性作用。OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of rude Basella rubra polysaccharide on swimming endurance and antioxidase in mice. METHODS Forty mice were randomly divided into high-dose rude Basella rubra polysaccharide group,low rude Basella rubra polysaccharide group, vitamin E group and control group. Rude Basella rubra polysaccharide was given orally. Af ter 15 days,weight loaded swimming test were performed to observe sustaining time of exhaustible swimming in mice. Serum lactic acid(LA) were determined. The activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD), malondialdehyde(MDA), and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) in different organs or tissues of mice(serum, liver and heart) were measured. RESULTS Compared with control group, rude Basella rubra polysaccharide prolonged the weight-loaded swimming time, decreased the level of serum LA. The activities of SOD in tissues and GSP-Px in tissues and serum of rude Basella rubra polysaccharide group were significantly in creased and the concentration of MDA was significantly decreased. CONCLUSION Rude Basella rubra polysaccharide can improve sporting endurance and delay fatigue, and also has antioxidase effect.
