摘  要:较之自立式内筒,悬吊式内筒受力合理、节省造价。内筒悬吊的形式可分为分段悬吊和整体悬吊,分段悬吊接头多、渗漏点多、防渗难度大且成本高;整体悬吊接头少、防渗漏设计简单且成本低。本文以印尼INDRAMAYU电厂烟囱为例,介绍了外筒设计优化原则、内筒节点构造措施,并在结构分析时,考虑内外筒共同作用,提出整体式悬吊内筒烟囱的耦合双梁计算模型。本工程取得了较好的技术经济效益,希望对后续类似工程设计有所参考和帮助。Chimneys with suspension steel inner tube have the advantages of self-supporting steel inner tube for bearing loads in more reasonable way and requiring less investment. The suspension steel inner tube includes two types : the segment suspension and the entire suspension. The first type requires more connections which leads to more difficulties of higher cost and preventing the leakage, and the second type can effectively avoid the disadvantage of the first one. The chirrmey windshield design optimization philosophy, the joint details of the entire suspension inner tube were introduced in the paper with the chimney of INDRAMAYU Thermal Power Plant in Indonesia as an example. The coupled beam elements mode was also put forward during the structural analysis by taking into consideration of the coupling effects between concrete windshield and steel inner tube. The design has achieved a better technical and economical benefit and is expected to be helpful for similar projects in the future.
