摘　　要：南京某民国中央宾馆建于1927年,当时未考虑抗震设防,存在明显不符合抗震要求的问题。为保证老建筑能继续安全使用,通过结构检测、现场资料调查和运用结构综合抗震能力计算分析,对该建筑抗震性能进行评价,找出了房屋存在的问题和结构缺陷。然后在此基础上,对加固策略进行了探讨,提出了合理的抗震加固措施和建议。One of old central hotel in Nanfing which didn＇t consider seismic design then was built in 1927 and the seismic capability of this building is insufficient. To ensure the safety of this old hotel, structural investigation, site inspection and the structural synthetic seismic resistance ability calculation and analysis are Clone to appraise seismic behavior of this building and find the defect in structural system. Then strengthening ways are discussed based on the above analysis and some reasonable strengthening suggestions for the old hotel are put forward.
