摘　　要：目的为做好药品打假举报投诉工作提供参考。方法介绍了做好药品打假举报投诉工作的一些做法。结果与结论建章立制,完善举报投诉运行机制;着力引导,拓展社会举报投诉空间;转变作风,提升举报投诉查办效率。只有这样,才能切实做好药品打假举报投诉工作。Objective It was reference to do a good job in complaints to report fake drugs. Methods To introduce some practices for the work of complaints to report fake drugs. Results and Conclusion Make rules and systems to perfect operation mechanisms of report and complaints. Exert oneself to guide to expand society to report and complaints space. Change working style to enhance the efficiency of the investigation and handling of complaints.
