摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法测定决明降脂片中维生素B2的含量。方法采用大连依利特C18色谱柱,0.005mol.L-1庚烷磺酸钠的1%冰醋酸溶液-甲醇（65∶35）为流动相,流速为0.8mL.min-1,检测波长为267nm。结果线性范围0.0940.846μg,r=1.0000,平均回收率为100.00%,RSD为0.17%。结论本法操作简便、方法准确、重现性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。Objective To establish a method of determination of the vitamin B2 in Juming Jiangzhi Tablets.Methods The column was C18,0.005mol·L-1 heptanes mahogany acid sodium of 1% acetic acid glacial-methanol（65∶35） as the mobile phase.The detection flow was 0.8mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was at 267nm.Results The standard curves was linear relationship at the rang of 0.094～0.846μg,r=1.0000.The average recovery was 100.00%,RSD=0.17%.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and reproducible,which is suitable for quality control of this tablet.
