摘　　要：提出了以TMS320DM355为核心,对VGA信号进行实时采集、编码和传输的系统方案。描述了基于TMS320DM355和TVP7002的系统总体硬件框架,分析了视频采集、编码等模块的软件实现过程,重点介绍对采集设备进行初始化时的硬件寄存器配置,最后利用开源的RTSP流媒体服务器wis-streamer实现MPEG-4码流的传输。In this paper, a surveillance system based on TMS320DM355 is introduced which can realize the capture, encoding and transmission of VGA signal. First of all, hardware framework of the overall system based on the TMS320DM355 and TVP7002 is introduced, then software implementation process for video capture and encoding is analyzed, focusing on the register configuration for capture equipment initialization. Finally, how to realize the transmission of MPEG-4 code stream by making use of open source RTSP streaming media server wis-streamer is introduced.
