摘　　要：介绍了一种有线电视网络收费管理系统的设计方案,利用移频技术将有线电视信号进行加扰、解扰。采用前端加扰的方式,并对数据进行了纠错与保护,保证了网络传输的安全性。加密方式采用了频率搬移,且搬移操作是在场消隐期间完成,对图像损伤较少,保证了解密效果。测试与试运行结果表明,系统安全、稳定、可靠。In this paper, the charging management system for CATV network is designed. The CATV signal is scrambled by frequency-shift technique in transmitter and recovered in receiver by the same method. Meanwhile, the data is encoded and encrypted for transmission security. The frequency-shift technique is effective during field blanking period, which has little loss on TV picture while it is secure. The system is validated by trial running, and it is secure and reliable.
