摘　　要：首先提出了系统的总体设计,然后从系统的结构和程序设计讨论了系统的实现技术和步骤,最后研究分析了系统的一些实验结果和应用情况。此设计具有结构简单、实现方便的特点,是进行监控系统的设计、开发和应用的良好平台。After overall design of the system, the implementation techniques and procedures of the system are investigated based on both the architecture and programming. Some results of experiments and applications of the system are also discussed. This system has a simple structure and can be easily achieved. And this system is a good platform for the design, development and application of the monitoring system.
