摘  要:介绍2009年4月发生的500kV沽太双回线路跳闸故障。从气象条件、海拔高度、地形地貌及线路结构参数等方面分析,确定此次线路故障是由强风、覆冰等恶劣气象条件导致的覆冰舞动跳闸。并结合输电线路舞动故障的研究成果以及华北电网公司的运行经验,从规划、设计、运行维护等方面提出以相间间隔棒为主、线夹回转式子导线间隔棒和双摆防舞器为辅的舞动防治措施和配置方案。建议相间间隔棒等防舞装置作为防治覆冰舞动的有效手段,应在易舞动等微地形、微气象区域深化应用。500 kV Gu-Tai transmission line accident occurred on April 2009 was introduced .The causes and characteristics of the accident were analyzed from the view of weather, altitude, topography, line parameter, etc. Combined with the operating experiences and the research results of ice-coating galloping, prevention and control measurements, such as using phase to phase spacers supplemented with rotary subconductor spacers, were proposed from planning, design and operation of transmission lines. It is also suggested that deepening application of phase to phase spacers should be carry out in galloping area and the micro-relief and micro-climate area.
