摘 要:介绍了扬声器的霍夫曼铁定原则,并指出了此原则的意义在于,它表明系统中系统的效率、最低截止频率及箱容积的选取三要素的关联,而且表明了某种物理极限的存在,三要素在扩声用扬声器、HI-FI扬声器和微小型扬声器等体现了不同的搭配。在该原则的限制下如何在产品设计中把握指标间的折衷是产品设计开发中的要点。In 1960s, a rule of thumb in loudspeaker design was described by Mr. J. A. Hoffman. It is called Hoffman's Iron Law. in the later years, Mr. A. N. Thiele and Mr. R. H. Small refined the law's mathematics. The Iron Law states that the efficiency of a loudspeaker system is directly proportional to its cabinet volume and the cube of its cutoff frequency. The importance of the rule is emphasized. Especially it means some specification limitations for different kind of loudspeakers. Design trade-offs is necessary. For mini loudspeaker systems, some solution ways are discussed.
