摘 要:本文针对甲苯法制备己内酰胺精制过程中存在的甲苯萃取选择性低、易乳化、能耗高和产品质量差等问题及己内酰胺装置扩容改造的需求,通过对苯、甲苯、环己烷、乙酸丁酯、正庚烷、正辛烷、正辛醇等7种有机溶剂的萃取性能测试,开发出了1种萃取新工艺——即用苯/环己烷混合溶剂代替甲苯萃取剂。该萃取新工艺投用后不仅使甲苯法制己内酰胺萃取能力提高了81%,满足了石家庄化纤有限责任公司己内酰胺16万吨/年扩容改造的需求,而且使己内酰胺的萃取质量大幅提高,能耗、物耗显著降低。This work is focused on the improvement of low selectivity of toluene extraction, easy emulsification, high energy consumption, product quality problem and scale-up and transformation of caprolactam plant. Based on laboratory-scale extraction experiments using benzene, toluene, cyclohexane, n-heptane, ethyl acetate and n-octanol as extraction solvents, this work developed a new process for the continous extraction of caprolactam from crude lactam with benzene and cyclohexane as a mixed-solvent instead of benzene as a solvent. This process increases the extraction capacity by 81%, and can meet the scale-up and transformation to 16 kt/a yield demand with less production and energy cost and high extraction quality.
