摘　　要：经过多年建设，信息化与自动化技术在江苏水利得到了广泛的应用，并取得明显效益，但目前江苏水利信息化与自动化也存在一些问题。介绍了江苏水利信息化和自动化的应用现状，分析了在规划设计、建设管理、运行管理等方面存在的主要问题，并从目标定位、标准设计、公共资源利用、技术与设备的配置、系统维护等方面提出了改进的方法和发展方向。After construction for many years, technologies of informatization and automation have been applied broadly in Jiangsu and achieved obvious benefits. But there are still some problems in plan ＆ design, construction and operation management. The article analyzes main problems for water resources informatization ＆ automation of Jiangsu, and proposes promotion measures as well as its development trend in object location, standard design, public resources use, equipment configuration and technology application, system maintenance.
