摘 要:水情信息传递的时效性,要求从原始数据采集到最终计算结果的取得,须在有限的时间内完成。鉴于潘家口水库多类型、多孔洞出流时水情处理过程的复杂性,开发了集水情处理与传输、数据存储与维护,以及报表生成等附加功能于一体的水情信息处理系统。介绍了水情信息处理系统能够实现的功能,分析了系统软件的开发过程、测试及使用情况。经过汛期的试运行,说明该系统能满足水情传递的时效性要求。Due to time effectiveness for water regime information transmission, acquisition of source data to final calculated results should be accomplished during a given period of time. According to features of different types of reservoirs and flexibility of water regime processing procedure for the reservoir while it has many holes on it, a kind of water regime information processing system was developed with multiple functions of water regime information processing, data transmission and storage, maintenance and report generation. The article introduces possible functions of the water regime information processing system, and analyzes development process and test & application of the system soRware. Its trial operation during flood season bespeaks that the system can meet the requirement of time effectiveness for water regime information transmission.
