摘　　要：通过文献资料调研和专家访谈等方法,对体操技术问题进行了研究,认为体操技术内容是由复杂动作技术结构系统组成,动作每个阶段运用的技术和支持它们的技术细节非常重要,可以直接导致动作优劣程度;体操动作有先进技术、正确技术、弥补技术和错误技术等4种表现形式,有其自己的特征;体操技术本质就是它的技术结构内容和表现形式,没有技术结构内容,就没有技术表现形式。Through using the method of literature review and expert interview,this paper makes study on gymnastic technology.The result shows that gymnastic skill is composed by sophisticated pattern matching techniques.The practical technique application and the detail of gymnastic skill are very important for every stage of motion and can directly affect the performance.There are 4 pattern of manifestation of gymnastic skill-advanced technique,correct technique,Redeeming technique and wrong technique.Essence of gymnastic skill is technique structure and pattern of manifestation.However,a perfect pattern of manifestation can not be existed without the content of technique structure.
