摘　　要：目的提高医务人员对病案信息重要性的认识。方法通过对相关资料及案例的研究,结合病案管理工作中体会,从不同角度对病案信息的重要性进行了分析。结果医务人员对病案信息的重要性认识不足,给医疗质量和安全带来隐患。结论医务人员有必要提高对病案信息的重要性的再认识。Objective To Raise cognition to the importance of medical records for hospital and medical personnel.Methods Through the relevant information and case studies,combined with the work experience of medical record management,the importance of medical records was analyzed from different points of view.Results Hospital and its medical staff lacked understanding of the importance of medical records,which may bring about health care quality and safety risks.Conclusion Hospital and its medical staff need to raise their recognition on the importance of medical records.
