摘　　要：目的了解我院2008年住院病人疾病构成及变化趋势,为医院临床管理提供科学依据。方法收集整理我院2008年疾病分类报表,并对前5位疾病构成分性别、分年龄组进行顺位及对比分析。结果全年收治病人25,392人次,前5位疾病依次为:循环系统疾病、肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病、泌尿生殖系统疾病、肌肉骨骼和结缔组织病。结论进一步加强医疗服务和医院管理工作,发挥中医特色优势,加强中老年人对疾病的预防保健,控制疾病发生。Objective To provide evidence for medical management by understanding inpatients＇ disease composition and change trend in our hospital in 2008.Methods The Classification of Diseases Reports in our hospital in 2008 were collected and collated,and the top 5 diseases composition and cis position were compared and analyzed according to different gender and age group.Results in 2008,25392 person-time patients were admitted to our hospital.The top 5 diseases were：circulatory diseases,cancer,respiratory diseases,genito-urinary diseases,musculoskeletal and connective tissue diseases.Conclusion Medical services and hospital management should be further strengthened,to play the advantage of TCM and strengthen the elderly＇s awareness of disease prevention.
