摘　　要：目的在不影响病案科日常工作的前提下,平稳完成病案信息系统的上线工作。方法对旧系统进行调研和历史数据准备,设计新的病案管理信息系统,按计划认真培训了人员,制定完善操作规程和管理制度。结果新信息系统运行平稳顺利,达到预期目的。结论在综合性大医院更新病案管理信息系统是一件复杂的问题。因此,做好规划与准备是实现病案管理信息系统的重要基础;对工作人员的培训,对信息系的维护,严格规范操作和规章制度是实现新的病案管理信息系统平稳运行的重要保障。Objective To successfully complete launch of Medical Records Information Management System without any negative effect.Methods Old system and history data were analyzed;new Medical Records Information Management System was designed;staff training was conducted;and operation and management system was legislated and perfected.Results New system was running smoothly and achieved all expectations.Conclusion Updating Medical Records Information Management System is not easy.Good Design and preparation are of crucial importance.Staff training,system maintenance,standard operation procedures and regulations are important guarantee for the smooth operation of the information system.
