摘  要:新集一矿改扩建工程通过优化设计、优化施工、改革施工管理,仅用14个月时间将矿井生产能力由90万t/a改扩建成300万t/a。此项工程矿建完成一个净径72m、深5025m的立井及装载硐室、-450m马头门、煤仓等;土建完成582m高的两用钢井架、永久提升机房、圆筒仓、装车楼等;机电安装工程完成井筒装备、永久提升机安装调试、井下运输系统安装等。AbstractThis paper introduced an optimum design, reconstruction and reconstruction management of Xinji No. 1 mine whose annual mine production capacity will be increased from 0.9 million t to 3.0 million t. The reconstruction was completed with a period of 14 months. The reconstruction project included a new mine shaft with a diameter of 7.2 m and depth of 502.5 m, a pit-head building, a winding building, a surface operation system and electrical and machinery equipment installation related to the project. The mine shaft was sunk with a construction of two working faces. The top section of the mine shaft was sunk with a ground freezing method and low section of the mine shaft was sunk with a raise boring method. A pilot hole was made in the low section of the mine shaft and then the mine shaft was reamed to a diameter of 1.2 m . Finally the mine shaft was enlarged to a diameter of 7.2 m. A net planed technology management was applied to the reconstruction management. Therefore the reconstruction period was reduced from 37 months to 14 months. The project was completed in advance of 23 months and an economic profit of RMB 95.83 million was obtained.
