摘　　要：在手术中常因不同的诱发因素（肢体创伤、不当的手术姿势、低血压、医源性的压迫），引发下肢间隔综合症，如果诊治不及时可以致残甚至危及生命，仅就间隔综合症的监测、预防及镇痛等问题进行综述。Due to difference induce factors（ injury of limb, prolonged surgery in the lithotomy, Hypotension,Introgenic etal）during surgery. May be developed lower extremity compartment syndrome （CS）. It can cause significant disability if not treated early. This article for monitoring and the effect of different factors on dignosis related to CS were review.
