腋窝淋巴结结核临床病理分析与探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨腋窝淋巴结结核的临床病理及淋巴循环途径,以引起对这个特殊部位结核病变的重新认识,减少漏诊和误诊的发生。方法对8例腋窝淋巴结结核患者活检标本,常规福尔马林固定,石蜡包埋切片,HE染色,显微镜观察分析。结果干酪坏死型3例,增殖型4例,粘连混合型1例。结论在结核杆菌耐药的今天,腋窝淋巴结结核病核已成为常见的结核病变,在临床上不能随意臆断为转移癌或淋巴肉瘤或其他普通性炎症,应认真了解和剖析腋窝淋巴的循环途径,提高对腋窝淋巴结结核病变诊断的正确性。Objective To explore the clinical pathology and lymph circulation pathway in order to rec- ognize the tuberculosis in such special part and to avoid the occurance of missed diagnosis and mis - diagnosis. Methods Biopsy specimen, regular formalin - fixed, paraffin - embedded, HE stain and microscopy observance were carried out in 8 patients with armpit tubercular lymphadenitis. Results 3 patients had Cheese necrotic type, 4 proliferative type and 1 adherent and mixed type. Conclusions In recent years, armpit tubercular lymphadeni- tis has become the common tuberculosis. We should not assume it as transfer cancer, or lymphosarcoma, or oth- er common inflammation. We should seriously learn and analyze the circulation pathway of armpit lymph to im- prove the diagnostic validity of armpit tubercular lymphadenitis changes.
