摘　　要：目的观察米非司酮配合羊膜腔内注射利凡诺尔终止中期妊娠的引产效果。方法将160例孕14～27周自愿终止妊娠的妇女分为二组,其中观察组80例(米非司酮配合羊膜腔内注射利凡诺尔组),对照组80例(单纯羊膜腔内注射利凡诺尔组)。结果观察组引产效果明显优于对照组。结论米非司酮配合羊膜腔内注射利凡诺尔终止中期妊娠是目前一种有效引产方法。Objective To observe the labor-inducing effect of combined use of mifepristone and rivanol amniocentesis in mid-pregnancy.Methods 160 pregnant women of 15-27 weeks indicated for induced labor were studied.The subjects were divided into 2 groups,experimental group and control group.The women in experimental group were given mifepristone combined amniocentesis injection of rivanol.In control group,women were simply treated by amniocentesis injection rivanol.Results The induction effect in the experimental group is obviously superior to that in the control group.Conclusion Combined use of mifepristone and rivanol amniocentesis in terminateing mid-pregnancy is an effective induction method
