端坐位与仰卧位穿刺治疗乳腺囊性增生症的对比研究

摘　　要：目的观察比较端坐位和仰卧位穿刺治疗乳腺囊性增生症的效果。方法治疗组患者采取端坐位穿刺不需要在B超引导下操作,医生直接按乳腺肿物进针抽液及细胞组织作细胞学检查及治疗。对照组患者取仰卧位在B超引导下进针抽液及细胞组织作细胞学检查。结果治疗组150例,治愈92例,好转49例,未愈9例,有效率94%;对照组50例,治愈25例,好转23例,未愈2例,有效率96%;两组穿刺成功率、有效率无显著性差异(u=1.2344P>0.05)。结论采用端坐位无B超引导下穿刺治疗乳腺囊性增生症,为患者开辟了一种新的简易微创、安全有效、方便实用的诊疗方法。Objective To observation and comparison the effect of puncture treatment of Cystic hyperplasia of the breast on sitting position and Supine position.Methods Treatment group received puncture treatment without the Guidance of B-mode ultrasonography on sitting position,The Doctor direct punctured for cytological examination and treatment.The control group received puncture treatment under the guidance of B-mode Ultrasonography on supine position.Results Treatment group consists of 150 cases,92 cases were cured,49 cases were improved and 9 cases uncured,The overall response rate was 94%.The control group consists of 50 cases,25 cases were cured,23 cases were Improved and 2 cases uncured,The overall response rate was 96%.Statistically Ridil（u=1.2344,P〉0.05）demonstrated that there was no significant difference in the Success rate between the treatment group and the control group.Conclusion The puncture treatment without the guidance of B-mode ultrasonography on sitting position is a new minimally-invasive 、safe 、effective and simple diagnose treatment.
