摘　　要：分析了国内居住区规划中老年住宅选址的现状以及老年人的居住需求、居住意向,并对居住区规划中老年住宅选址的一般要求以及两种不同居住模式下老年住宅选址的各自不同要求,结合实际案例,从自然环境、公共服务设施、交通、社会交往以及安全要求等几方面分别进行了探讨。The paper analyzes the current situation of housing site for the middle and the aged in the planning of residential quarter in the country, as well as housing demand and intentions of the elderly. As to general requirements for residential location for the middle and the aged and the different requirements of housing site for the elderly in two different modes, combining with practical cases, the paper gives discussion in the aspects of natural environment, public service facilities, transport, social interac- tions and safety requirements, etc,
